Introducing our passionate and talented chef, Lukas-Felix Thies, who has started his career in Bavaria and finished his training in the capital city. Moving swiftly onwards, he worked at several high-class restaurants in Berlin and at last in the position as chef de cuisine.
He successfully completed further studies to announce himself master chef and is welcomed aboard as the head chef of the scent restaurant at the COSMO Hotel Berlin Mitte since March 2019.
Lukas-Felix intensive and personal contact to both of our suppliers and producers is as much as important as a responsible care of food products and a respectful, friendly atmosphere.
Together with his well-rehearsed team, Lukas-Felix creates a modern crossover kitchen. He construes traditional recipes and is using pure and regional products.
